AIM-TEK will charge
an initial fee of Rs.95000/= only along with
appropriate taxes.

This fee includes License to use AIM-TEK
Brand, project start –up guidance, on -going business guidance, education
centre administration support, pre-launch Faculty, Centre Director, Placement
and Sales training and certification.

The agreement will be for an initial period of 3 years and thereafter
the Franchise Partner will have to renew the license as per the prevalent terms
and upon paying the prescribed fees at that time.

For rendering services to AIM-TEK
Franchise Partner would be entitled
to 80% of
course fee as per collection. The Franchise Partner will deposit AIM-TEK share of 20% of the whole fees plus service tax equal to the admission amount paid
by the students in AIM-TEK ’s bank
account .in addition to the fees the student will pay Rs.500/-plus tax as
registration fee for using AIM-TEK ERP for Center management. This fee will be
directly deposited in AIM-TEK bank
account.

As part of our obligations, we will provide each student with
courseware in CD format. We will also provide you with a complete ERP for
Centre Management.
