- Initial Screening of candidates: Taking HR Round
- Training & Development: Conducting Appraisals & Trainings from time to time
- Salary Management & Payroll Management: Making Salary for two units
- Maintaining all records as per factory act / minimum wages act / payment of wages act / contractual Labour act / ESI act / PF act / Bonus act.
- Filing of monthly / quarterly and annual returns.
