Responsibilities:

• Source resumes to identify best candidates for assigned requirements.
• Strong Understanding of IT Technologies and screening candidates technically.
• Post requirements on the job sites/boards including Dice Monster as well as other professional networking Portals.• Qualifying vendors and work closely with the Subcontractors.
• Negotiate Salary/bill rate with the candidates and the Subcontractors.
• Put together offer letters and employment contracts and Corp to Corp to agreements.
• Maintain database of candidates using online software package. Tracking system to manage candidates
• Maintain and build candidate database and pipeline
• Coordinate and conduct interviews and employment application and background check
• Coordinate offer and on boarding process Requirements:
• Prior experience in technical recruiting in IT arena. Ability to learn quickly; ability to understand Information Technology, Financial and grants management terminology
• Proven ability to research on the internet and various database
• Strong work ethics; hardworking and driven. Strong inter-personal communication and people skills
• Strong organization skills and ability to be multi-tasking. Strong verbal and written communication skills
